Less Is More - this weeks challenge is a sketch:
Here's my entry:
I embossed the flowers from the Boho Blossoms punch using the Adorning Accents.
This weeks NAC challenge is a sketch, basically one layer and no measurements:
Here's what I came up with:
I embossed the Hello Doily with the new Pool Party embossing powder, I added a large pearl in the center. Tied the sentiment from Petite Pairs with Pool Party bakers twine and punched it out using the modern label punch.
This is the first time for me using the new pool party embossing powder and I love it !

Another retirement card! This one is for another friend who just recently retired. Even though this stamp set is retired, I just love it and use it quite abit.
I decided to make some bags today, I made an owl to go on the front. I got the owl idea from Frenchie (www.frenchiestamps.com/). These bags are so easy to make with 2 pieces of 12x12 paper. I'm still trying to use up my old Stampin' Up! paper! I used the sweater trim for the handles.
Come join us on Jan 27th and make some Valentine cards. Here's what we'll be making:
See the flyer in your email. If you did not get a flyer and are interested in the kit to make these cards please email me: purpledots56@yahoo.com
I had bought this image from Doodle Pantry quite awhile ago and had not used it. I don't know why cause I just love it! So I'm entering this one in the Doodle Pantry challenge! Can't wait to get the free Cupid Turtle for entering the DPDC#30 challenge!

I stamped the flowers from Bordering on Romance, colored the flowers with Rose Red and Pretty In Pink and then embossed that layer with the polka dots embossing folder. The sentiment is from Kindness Matters and punched out with the Modern Label punch.
All by Stampin' Up!
I'm making some bookmarks for the local library to sell in their book store. Here's a few so far:
This weeks NAC is a sketch:
From the new Spring catalog I used Tea For Two DSP and embossed the top with Honeycomb embossing folder. I colored the raised edges of the honeycombs with chocolate chip. I also embossed the tag punch with the honeycomb embossing folder and then cut out one of the honeycombs from very vanilla cs then added a Dahlia. The sentiment is from Sassy Salutations.
